Justin Johnston is a seasoned trial lawyer with more than 25 years of experience handling complex criminal and civil matters. He represents companies and individuals in high-stakes criminal investigations and prosecutions, where reputations and livelihoods are on the line, and provides strategic counsel at every stage of the process, including federal proceedings. Justin also advises and represents clients in complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract and business tort claims, shareholder and member disputes, and related matters. For over two decades, he has guided clients through the unique challenges posed by parallel criminal and civil proceedings.
Jon Bailey

Jon Bailey is a trial attorney who has specialized in criminal defense work for almost 15 years. Jon has always had a passion for defending the Constitution and upholding every person's rights, no matter the circumstances. Jon has handled more than a thousand criminal cases over his career, trying dozens of cases where clients faced charges including murder, arson, rape, sex offenses, burglary, assault, and drug charges, among others.
